What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number if you provide it, the type and budget of your project, and your message. If you email us, we keep your message and our reply.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss your project with you. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Our legal basis

We process your details because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, and, where you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract, to do so.

Who sees it

Enquiries are delivered to us by our website host, Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Email is handled by Microsoft 365. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless a project follows, in which case project records are kept as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can also object to how we use it. Email contact@bwbbuild.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
