About BWB Build
BWB Build is a main contractor. We build new homes and buildings, and we improve existing ones, for clients who want the job done properly and on time.
How we work
We believe most problems on a project are cheaper to solve before the site opens.
So we spend time at the start on design coordination, cost planning, sequencing and the supply chain. On site, a dedicated team runs the programme day to day, reports regularly and deals with issues as they arise rather than letting them build up.
What you can expect
- A named project team and one point of contact from start to handover.
- A priced, programmed plan you can hold us to.
- A site that is safe, clean and considerate to neighbours.
- A handover with everything you need to run the building, including records and manuals.
Our values
Accountability
We own the outcome, including the parts delivered by others.
Safety
No job is worth an injury. Safety planning comes first.
Quality
We inspect as we build, not only at the end.
Openness
Early warning on cost, time and risk.
Respect
For clients, neighbours, our teams and our supply chain.
Our supply chain
We work with trusted subcontractors and specialist partners, chosen for competence, safety record and reliability.
Where a project needs deep specialist knowledge, such as heat pumps or solar, we bring in the right expert and keep oversight of the work.
