Everyone goes home safe.
We plan safety into every stage, from design through to handover, and we meet our duties as principal contractor under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

Quality
We check work as it is built, not only at the end. Each project has an inspection plan, hold points for critical elements and a clear snagging and handover process.
Environment and sustainability
We aim to reduce waste, protect local ecology and lower the carbon of what we build. We plan waste segregation and recycling on every site and measure what we can.
Social value
We aim to support local employment, training and local supply chains on our projects.
Considerate neighbours
We keep sites tidy, manage noise, dust and deliveries, and give neighbours a named contact.
